Bull Run After Broke Above 930

Finally, the Mr. Bull had spoken. Bull had conclusively break above 930 and rally to new highs since March 11 2009.

On the weekly technical chart, closing above 930 is bullish. On the monthly candlestick chart, KLCI closed with a white candle signifying the move of the bull run had started.

We are looking at higher highs and higher lows from here.
Now is to play on the long side which is to buy on dip.

KLCI Market Bottomed

Since March 12th 2009, KLCI had been rallying with nice volume coming in. Could this be another mini bull-run? Yes, it is. Longer term outlook is still bearish though but this bear rally could be substantial for big profits with many stock counters rising in prices.

Happy longing. Still major resistance for KLCI & FKLI is at 930 pts. Break this, KLCI would fly higher, much higher.

Global Stock Markets Crashing

KLCI and other global stock markets are going down into the bear zone. As for KLCI, breaking and closing below 863 will definitely going to be very nasty for the roads ahead. Anyway, FKLI which is the KLCI Index Futures had breakdown a major support at 870. Now still holding above 863 but I doubt that it will be long since the crucial 866 was broken down and that was bearish based on Elliott Wave rules.

Happy SHORTING.

Bearish for KLCI and World Stock Markets

It looks like things are not really good for stock market investors. KLCI today suffered losses and FKLI is pointing towards bearish trend continuation.

Be careful. However, KLCI crucial points at 930 level still have not been broken yet. So still no trading signal for Malaysia stock market.

Malaysia KLCI did not Break Crucial 930 Points

KLCI did NOT close above 930 crucial level. On 7th Jan 2009, KLCI managed to touched the high of 936.63 but closed at 927.62 on that same day. No buy signal trigger yet. HOLD ON to you CASH.

Happy Trading.

KLCI Major Resistance at 930 Points

Be patience. Hold your horses and your money. KLCI has not breach the 930 and hold above it yet. Now is overbought condition. Let the market correction cools down first before taking any position. Be reminded that correction can also turn out to be continuation of downtrend. So, be wary for stock buyers.

KLCI at Crucial Resistance Level

The KLCI futures contract is trading sideway around the crucial level of 930 points. Just stay patience and wait for the call to strike. Don't feel pressured to trade or invest. It is better to be late and catch the right worm than the snake's tail.

Again.... be patience.

Welcome to TraderBursaMalaysia Blogosphere

Hi fellow Traders,

First of all, in my first post, I would like to welcome my fellow traders especially to those who trade in Malaysia KLCI stock market.

Over here, we will talk and discuss anything about KLCI and Bursa Malaysia whether from the perspective of Fundamental Analysis or Technical Analysis. We will also talk about some profitable trading opportunity depending on the market condition.

The emotions of fear and greed always are the main challenge to any financial market traders. The very reason that we love the profits from stock market investment and speculation activities and the power of money in our daily lives, we will often times forget the previous painful experiences of our losses in these financial markets and pursue recklessly for fulfilling our greedy natures. The cycle of greed and fear seems to be in-built in us just like the fishes that always fall for the bait.

But with knowledge and sharing of information from among the traders and investors of KLCI stock market, we could help each other from becoming the food of the financial market sharks. We should always learn how to swim with them and profit from their feeding frenzy and at the same time stay away from them when they are showing hungry signs.

Again, I would like to welcome you to my blog and hope that you enjoy the posts here and in return do share with me and with the rest of other investors and traders your valuable thoughts. If you do have questions to ask, do drop a line or two at the comment sections in the related topics of discussion.

Cheers and happy trading,
Benjamin Lee
